Friday, the long awaited Friday has finally arrived. A different energy is already felt, because the weekend is near and it comes with the promise of days to share with family and friends and to rest after a week of work and everyday life.

Since two weeks ago, we resumed our morning walks, I needed them for health and pleasure. I like to go out early and get the first rays of sunshine and the dew of the first hours of the day.

Walking is a good exercise to keep our health balanced and, after several doctor's appointments and lab tests for annual control, we decided not to keep postponing this exercise that benefits us so much.

Our routine starts at 7:00 in the morning, we get ready, drink only coffee and go out with a bottle of water to keep us hydrated.

So, we do routes of an hour or a little more, walking fast on the way there, and on the way back, we do it slowly to enjoy the morning light, the birds that begin to look for food and the special beauty that is in the small details that offers us the awakening of the city and that often go unnoticed.

This Friday, we went out with the intention of buying fruits and vegetables in a place where you can also have breakfast or just refreshing juices and among the wonderful options that you can get, they offer to the public the healthy green juices.

That was our goal for the day, to walk a little further, but with the intention of enjoying one of these green juices that, as we know, are a bomb of energy, vitamins and minerals because of the ingredients they contain and, in addition, they are detoxifying and refreshing.

After walking for almost an hour, counting the minutes it took us to go back home to get the debit card that we had forgotten and that I remembered when we were almost halfway there, we arrived at the site.

We were a bit exhausted and sweaty, but our laughter at forgetting the card was so great that we didn't have a short drive. In fact, we decided to turn back and not forget the juice to increase the walking time. And thus, enjoy it much more. We wanted to close this week's exercise with energy and vitality.

The service in this beautiful place is very good. The girls are very friendly and the preparation of the juices is exquisite. We ordered our green juice with the following vegetables and fruits: cucumber, celery, mint, green apple, pineapple, orange and lemon. The combination is perfect and we like to drink it without any sweetener, not even honey as they offer it, too.

The first sip of the juice was an explosion on my palate - tasty and refreshing! I felt my body refreshed and revitalized.

I love these juices. I make them frequently at home. For a while now, I've made it a point to drink two or three a day, but I don't have enough time to do it.

My husband and I are thinking of going for a walk, always following this Friday's route, to drink the first green juice and then prepare another one at home to enjoy it in the afternoon. That way, we can stick to the plan.

After drinking our healthy juices, we were ready to start our return home, full of energy, without heat and rested, after a few minutes in this place that was adorned with sunflowers.

I did not miss the opportunity to take pictures of the beautiful and huge sunflower that accompanied us at our table and those that could be seen on the surrounding tables to share them with you.

As we left, we made the pending purchase and we left happy and content. I promise that next Friday, I will share with you more of the place so you can get to know it through my photos. I love shopping there because of the smells and colors that flood our senses.

I love these outings to walk with my husband, he makes them pleasant. I enjoy them very much because they are therapy for the body and soul. While we walk, we hold hands, talk and laugh a lot, about ourselves and the world, hahaha.
