How my day went and the new friend I made

Most of the days I plan my day by writing them down on paper or on my phone, I observe that if not all but most of them were done at the end of the day. Days I don't, I end up forgetting one thing or the other or feel lazy to do it, but whenever I have it written down on a to-do list, there is this kind of should I say pressure? Nah, pressure is not the right word. Got it! There is a kind of zeal to want to fulfill or have everything on my to-do list checked.
But today was different, there wasn’t even time to bathe or eat just snacks and junk to keep me running. Work was tight trying to set up equipment’s for the usual show because today was nomination day for the participants, tension was high, all nervous and scared not to be up for it but for them to escape it they just have to perform their best and not to be evicted on Saturday.
All raggedy and looking unkempt still trying to compose me, suddenly saw a lady walking towards me and looking nervous not because she’s cute (even though she is) but because of the way I was looking, didn’t want to give a bad impression I just immediately started the conversation by asking what’s up and who she’s looking for, she responded by saying she’s the news anchor for the show and she’s here based on a recommendation because before today the former anchor left saying she had a bigger gig and she can’t wouldn't want to miss out on the big gig.
After taking her through her script on what to do and what to say, we had time to spare and we started chatting about other kinds of stuff like other jobs she has done and where she’s from and other basic things like hobbies. She has a great sense of humor and she laughs very well and frees spirited. For a long time, I haven’t seen someone just bonding free with a stranger, as we’ve known for a long time, it was so nice that it lessen my anger and stress that have been experiencing all day. After some time, she started complaining of feeling down and weak and it was starting to become a threat to the program, I asked her what she wanted to ease her, she requested an energy drink but I didn’t really know which to get at the moment but I just had to get her blue bullet and after she took it a few minutes later she got herself and was ready for the show.
Before the show kicked off she was expected to give an introduction using a Chroma, so before the shoot, I decided to take some pictures with her, and trust me she’s photogenic and I think the pictures need to be framed after enough editing LOL!
There was a time she even asked me to act a scene like am proposing, that I have to kneel and the pictures had to be taken, well who am I to say no?
When the fun was over it was finally time for the show, she was shy and nervous at first but after getting used to the audience and judges, I think she was relieved of the shyness and did a wonderful job. Some participants brought their A-game, while some I think just came to just play around thinking they are safe already because their friends might vote massively for them just depending on their performance alone but unknowingly to them, some are lacking even though their performance is top-notch.

Also, go to snap our judges, they were all lively because today’s performance was top-notch, fun, and very emotional because some of them performed some scenes that looked so real and touching and even got on the judges in tears.
Well today was not actually bad after all the stress, it ended in fun and I also made a new friend and her name is Stephanie, I just love her vibe and hope to see her again. Well till Saturday that is when she comes around for the eviction show. I really miss hive too, this work has been taking my time more than I bargained for and I hardly even take out time for my other company (HIVE). I just can't wait for it to end so i can rest and focus on it again.
