“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” – Neale Donald Walsch
My comfort zone will always be our home. It was the place that made me at peace and safe at the same time. Exploring things on our own will help us realize how important it is to step out of our comfort zone and look beyond on what is needed, worthy, and best for ourselves.
This weekend's escapade has taught me something and it is to explore the beauty of the world. We might never know when our lives will end, so better spend what's left on our money and of course have the time exploring great things that this world could offer.
So at this precious moment, give me some small amount of time to share it with you how beautiful the place is when I visited it last weekend...
Let's get started!
The Pathway
Let's seize the moment!
This is one of my favorite part if I get the chance riding on a boat. I will never really miss the chance capturing a view like this. And yes, to more seas pathways like this soon! 🐳
The Arrival
Let's explore Bantayan!
This is the port of Santa Fe. When I stepped on this place, all I ever saw was just clean & clear beach. It made me want to jump on the beach even though how hot it was. I will surely go back there soon and start saving money again.
The Departure
On our way to some scenic spots...
In this picture, we were on our way to visit some various scenic spots here in Bantayan Island. We immediately went to some famous spots here in Bantayan. The first place in our itinerary last weekend, was the Mangrove Garden in Brgy. Obo-ob.
Mangrove Garden
Let's go to our first spot!
This is the 1st place that we visited when we stepped on at Bantayan Island. This is called Omagieca Obo-ob Mangrove Garden. This is located at Brgy. Obo-ob. Most of us love beaches, but this place would make you love the nature and its green vibe. Based on the name that was given by the officials, it is obviously a park wherein we could able to find some Mangroves. To sum it up, this place never fails me to love the nature, beaches, or just any spots that surrounds within the vicinity.
The Ruins
Come with me to our next spot...
This place is called The Ruins. I think the name takes place of the obvious situation of the spot. This place is located at Santa Fe. This place is so perfect for some instagrammable pose. Even though, it was abandoned, it still gives a perfect view because it was situated by the beach.
Beach Time
Let's get tanned!
This beach is called Sandira Beach Paradise. This is one of the beaches that you must see when get the chance to visit Bantayan Island. This place is located at Santa Fe, too. The spot was just so amazing and a breathtaking one. Even how sunny it was, I really jumped on the beach and swim like there's no tomorrow. And yes you're right, to more beaches and to achieve a tanned skin soon. 🌊
Hungry Tummy
Let's eat!
After swimming, we went to our staycation house and cook some delicious foods for our dinner. Our dinner for that specific day were Grilled Bangus and Grilled Chicken. I almost had 3 cups of rice because I was really hungry due to swimming all day. Yet, I can say, the food in the beach is one of my favorite parts when having some weekend getaways with family or even friends.
Night Stroll
Let's enjoy and have fun!
After the busy day of exploring Bantayan, we get to explore some spots near at our rental house. Even though it was already dark, the spot made it alive and glow. It was a nice stroll with my family while capturing the view every scenic spot. I can really say that Bantayan Island has it all.
Some Insights
And that concludes my Day 1 in Bantayan Island. It may be just a short glimpse of my trip, but it is worth to share and it will forever be engraved in my heart. I just hope you enjoy reading my blog and made you want to go there soon. Most importantly, I hope you learn while reading it. So let's seize every moment and let's step out of our comfort zone. Have a blessed day and see you on the next one!
