This medicinal plant contains many benefits, such as fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, and vitamin K. These can be absorbed by our body by consuming this silver as a condiment to our meals, or by making tea infusions.

In addition to this, oregano oregano contains a potent antimicrobial that can kill the Staphylococcus aureus bacteria that resists methicillin. This antimicrobial can be obtained from oregano oil.
