Small towns - Perfect test markets for Hive?

Our friends Bryan and Matt seem to agree that implementing a HIVE economy in small towns might be the ideal setting. You can introduce them to the system, then you can take them to the merchants and show them how it's done. Our brothers and sisters in Cumaná Venezuela already have a system like this. If we can make these small town systems and replicate them and even maybe incorporate them with tour operators, it can be very easily replicated.
