Never rush to making conclusive decisions: Rushing into decision making is a bad thing, if you want to get appropriate result, do not be hasty to decide irrespective of how urgent the task sounds, take your time to reflect over the decision you ae about to make before you give an affirmative answer.

Have a clarified goal: Get your goals clarified, when you have your short and long and term goals specified, it will be much easier for right decisions to be made. A clarified goal serve as a major drive in life and in business, it creates an awareness of when you are supposed to move, when you are supposed to pause for a little while or when you are supposed to run.
Before making any decision at all, it is good to get your basics right, get to know the needed fact about either the project, business or idea in question. If you are supposed to put your signature on a file, you will need to understand what the file is about, know the total details of the file, this will make you not to give yourself out cheaply or fall victim to scammers.

Think of necessary development options involved with the offer before you agree to go on with it. If the offer is not bringing any promising benefit to your business, then it could be a philanthropic project of some sort, if neither of this is not the situation, then you have no business in getting involved in a project like that.
Consider the consequences associated with the decisions you are about to make. Before you agree to a decision, quickly weigh the associated risk, you should ask yourself if the risk is worth it and if it isn’t, you should not get yourself involved in it at all.
You could ask for more time to ask for other people’s opinion on the issue at hand before giving an affirmative response. You are the driver of the decisions of your business and you could ask for more time to think about an issue before giving an affirmative response.

Carefully go through the ability to monitor and add necessary modification before you make a decision concerning your business. Any decision you make will either become something you will praise yourself over for a long time or something you will beat yourself over.
